Prescription and pharmacy services are subject to applicable provincial pharmacy regulations and professional standards. We reserve the right to decline service where required by law or professional judgment.
Digital gift cards and wallet credit balances issued through this platform are credit balances only. They have no cash surrender value and cannot be redeemed for cash unless expressly required by law. Balances are for use within the Anderson's Pharmacy and Cocendo coalition network only.
Cocendo loyalty points have no cash value and may only be redeemed according to current program rules. Points are not transferable and may expire in accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection requirements.
